Each parties participating to a transaction has 3 to n testimonies who keep record of the transaction on the ledger connected to theirs datawallet. Testimonies are smart contracts designed to control and certified transactions are executed respecting the initial or updated conditions of a determined transaction.

We are introducing the infrastructure of a peer-to-peer Data Marketplace / Exchange relying on a Decentralised Data Bank, used as an enabler for cross-sectorial and innovative digital services platform. Our Cross-Curated Data Framework (CCDF) is defined as an open and harmonized data standard, simplifying the aggregation and interoperability of heterogeneous and traceable data sources. This paper explore the conditions of deployment of such advanced CCDF and the implementation of a peer-to-peer Data Marketplace at a governmental scale. The two use-cases of local weather prediction and road quality measurements are introduced to show the applicability of the Cross-Curated Data Framework (an industry agnostic data refinery) and prototype to a variety of applications.”
